1. Educational Scope
All information, charts, instructions, and mentoring files are distributed strictly for academic purposes. We do not provide financial advice or direct brokerage integrations. By using our services, you acknowledge that financial trading is highly speculative and that you hold full responsibility for any capital commitments made in simulated or live accounts.
2. Tuition & Payments
Tuition fees ($700 for Essential, $7,000 for Ultimate, $20,000 for Elite Mastermind) represent payments for educational course materials and live mentorship sessions. Installments or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed in the course enrollment agreement. We reserve the right to suspend platform and mentorship access for students with outstanding payments.
3. Intellectual Property
All curriculum documents, code indicators, chart configurations, and custom sheets are the intellectual property of VFA Education Services – FZCO. Re-selling, distributing, or copying VFA curriculum files without our written authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under UAE commercial codes.
4. Jurisdictional Laws
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
