Legal Risk Disclosure

VFA Academy legal risk disclosure and non-advisory statements.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Trading financial instruments, including derivatives, options, futures, foreign exchange (forex), and equities, carries an extremely high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage available in these markets can work against you as well as for you.

Before deciding to participate in active trading, you should carefully consider your financial objectives, level of experience, and risk tolerance. There is a substantial possibility that you could sustain a partial or total loss of your initial deposit. Therefore, you should never trade with capital that you cannot afford to lose.

1. Educational Mandate & Non-Advisory Status

Vision Freedom Academy (VFA Academy), registered under legal entity VFA Education Services – FZCO in Dubai, UAE, is an educational organization. All programs, lectures, videos, chart annotations, research blog briefs, and live webinars are created for educational purposes only. Nothing contained on this website or discussed during coaching sessions constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. Simulation and Historical Performance

Any references to past performance, simulated results, or test account evaluation challenges are not guarantees of future outcomes. Simulated trading (demo accounts) operates under different constraints than live executions. Factors such as broker latency, market slippage, spread expansions, and human emotions do not apply in simulated environments. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits similar to those discussed in student testimonials.

3. Funding Platform Evaluations

VFA prepares candidates to pass third-party funded trader challenges (such as Apex, Take Profit Trader). VFA is not a broker, does not issue client funding capital directly, and does not operate a trading desk. Passing evaluations depends entirely on student compliance with funding provider metrics and risk rules. VFA holds no liability for accounts terminated by third-party platforms due to drawdown violations.
